Even folks who believe that ccsi is overvalued and/or are or had been short the stock should have always assumed that a marketing partner would be found, since the product works. Even SPRX always assumed that CCSI would have a partner at some point. I would not be surprised to see a cleverly worded press release stating that the partner has agreed to develop additional medical applications of the color technology to something akin to "their fullest extent". The meaning of such a statement is ambiguous, though. NASA could sign a deal with GM stating that the deal covered engine technology, including all of GM's expertise in the area of space-warp technology and propulsion systems. Such a release could fool people thinking GM really had something for warp speed, but to others, it would read as a clever exercise in PR. Another version would read that the distributor has marketing rights to the bilirubin product with the phrase."and importantly, Chromatic Color Sciences has elected to retain the rights to develop additional medical applications for its color technology." As Bill Clinton and his handlers know, spin is often more important than substance, and it will be very amusing over the next few months to watch. Will it be Skip Davidson or Jane F who will bring the popcorn? (I have switched to white-cheddar from buttered)
