Walleye: a very valid concern. Brokers won't be buying on Ira's projections, since predictions coming from BB companies are hardly worth the paper they are printed on. The "pro forma" numbers are not what serious investors will be interested in. Besides, this is the company that predicted earnings of 21 cents for last year. Any projections will be taken with huge lumps of salt. I don't understand (since FAMH has a web site) why they haven't posted the numbers there, given the hunger for them, instead of blaming the delay on EDGAR. If FAMH gains a Nasdaq listing in a couple years, perhaps analysts will begin to cover it then. L.E. P.S. As a lurker told me recently "I've never seen someone (Ira) able to string so many people along for so long..." Does anyone know if the Miami office opened yet?
