As for the NEW HIGH/NEW LOW I manually input it and use my own formulas.

I think the key is the divergence of many of the important indexes as the DRUGS, BANKS, AIRLINES, TRANSPORTS, UTILITIES. Therefore, I think that the double top in the DOW, SPX, OEX, COMP is the best they can do for the interim, so if they dont turn down earlier, I feel very comfortable with PUTs if they do get to the previous peaks.
