Parenthetically, a management consultant friend told me that his firm's Calgary office was testing "Wordperfect" combined with Dragon's "Naturally Speaking" and called off the "test" because everyone was so totally thrilled with the combination. Note that "Naturally Speaking" will work just as well with "Word" - notwithstanding Microsoft's position that voice recognition technology is insufficiently mature (perhaps a delay tactic while they try to develop their own package). Given the first hand rave reviews I've heard regarding Dragon's product, I've been surprised this thing is not roaring off the shelves. At any rate I'm beginning to wonder if this union between Corel and Dragon might not have potential, i.e., be synergistic beyond its somewhat illusory advantages. Especially if well priced. IOW, could this made in marketing heaven combo help take a bite out of $ill's marketshare? Whaddya all think? I picked up a few thousand shares at around $3.80 Cdn and am thinking about increasing my position. Cheers . . .
