Very interesting and informative document to read: On Wednesday April 15, 1998 Medcare Technologies Inc. filed with the SEC a SB-2/A form. - I found it on Edgar -. If I understood it correctly, it deals with the registration of 3,576,000 shares for resale to the public (I myself interprete this as a possibility for substantial dilution). It also gives projected revenue/expenses for 1998 and 1999. It is a lengthy document but worth reading. Happy reading. Monique
