I've already heard that TCI plans to provide cable modems in the middle of summer. Maybe this is regarding that. It's always bugged me that TCI has such a huge chunk of the market in the Bay Area of CA. Actually, more than the Bay Area. Funny, now that 3COM is linking up with them, it doesn't bug me as much. ;-)
