Response to prior request for comments...You asked for it. There's reporting and there's Reporting. Reporting is sending audited filings to the SEC; reporting is announcing that you may merge with an empty shell that is Reporting. It could take a couple of months to close the deal, then could take another 3 months to be forced to file forms. That number is based on the timing of the actual merger. Come in on the first day of a new quarter, and you get a 3 month bye. They may even be able to request an extension based on the strain of merging etc. My completely unscientific guess is they may be a Reporting company after about September. I think they want to Report with good numbers. This is pure speculation, but about the pace that events have unfolded at so far. Now there is a published excuse to delay. Always suspicious, Mike
