Because of the dilution, you are saying that QDECK will have less of a change of going up? (Two a week ago it was above 2.00)

Anyone who invested in this stock is "out of luck" and the stock will just go down or stay at it's current price.

I hope no other potential investors and analysts view QDEK like you do. All the QDEK investors who purchase it two weeks ago and earlier would surely be in a state of panic.

It nice to know that stocks are drive by momentrum and not logic or alot stocks would be always in the same range or lower for a long duration unless earnings materializes. If this was true, a computer could generate profect picks because all you would look for is consistant earnings and sales and that it - no analyst, no speculation; every thing would be exact, prefect, no errors.

Also, there is nothing wrong with increasing the worth of the QDEK. It actually happens everyday, please buy all these internet stocks that have super high valuations and do not earn any money.
I think 288MM is acceptable and so is 500MM.

I hope your wrong in any case regarding QDEK .
