Call it a loss leader, Yousef. The K6 is taking market share, has great reviews, and a lot of customer support. The stock market would agree with me on this one--after all, AMD has more than doubled on the basis of the K6 alone. Another way to gauge the success of the K6 as a product might be to look at its impact on Intel's margins. Kevin
