Don In regard To Accr access Power;They are a growing very powerfull ally of the Next Gen group.While Delta3 is owned by RSL RSL had several ties to ericsson from their switch days,when RSL came into being.I wouldn't worry about this as while that loss is a loss it is only a small part of whats going on in the european enviroment.ACCR will expand over the next year to become a very large player in USA Canada and In Europe.
