Dear Don, May I jump in? You're confusing "news" with a
cross reference in the RSL Reuters piece:

<<Other major world players in Internet telephony include
Deutsche Telekom AG (DTEG.F) which has bought a 21 percent
stake in Israeli pioneer VocalTec Communications Ltd
(VOCLF - news).>>

I understand why there is confusion. "news" here and in
the Access Power report seems like it should mean something
about VOCLF. Actually, it's just meant, I think, as a
cross reference because the writers mentioned VOCLF
in each report.

I've traded VOCLF a couple of times and also own RSLCF
(Delta Three, you know, was a private company from
Jerusalem before RSLCF bought it.) I figure the Internet
Telephony market is going to be so big that there will
be more than enough room for a couple of players. Deutsch
Telecom was willing to pay over $20/share for an equity
interest in VOCLF. I figure that gives us some support,
though occasionally the stock consolidates at lower prices.

Regards,
Ariella
