Hi hawkeye (watching from the sky). I see you are new to SI, as of TODAY. Welcome!! I find it interesting that, according to your post, the Chinese are unwilling to speak directly with the SEC (in Washington, DC), but they apparently WILL speak with SLUP, a company with about 20 employees, incorporated under the laws of the Yukon Territories, Canada!! I wonder how come the guys at SMART International aren't paving the way for these very important communications? Also, can you point me to a link where I can find out about this "Glasgow" thing? I hadn't heard of it. It may indeed be a long two weeks, as you have suggested.
