All, IMPX a bottom fishing stock?

I have just started to look at this stock and concluded that the financial statements stink. How can your cost of goods sold be more than revenue? Especially in the current market with such an oversupply of excess capacity in the fab market. A couple of things still disturbe me about this stock.

First Have they stopped playing stock Hype games?

Second What are their real volume application?
( lets face it IOMG is not interested in this companies products)

Third What overall impact will the lawsuit have?
( it seems to me that there is no cash in the bank to be gotten at so even the ambulance chasers will be able to figure this one out and cut their losses )

Having said all this I think the stock is getting near my buy price, I would expect that if they clean up shop the stock could easily jump to $5 within one year. To make $10 they need a lot more growth than I can see in this stock.
