Got in to GLCP at .11 and .13. I am pleased to have this one in my portfolio as I believe it has the greatest probability of being a blockbuster. As soon as FCC approves their technology (within 1 - 2 weeks), they have over $300 MILLION in contracts to be had. This sucker is going to be huge. I predict $1 before Friday. $2 by next week. If the FCC does as suspected, it will be a steal under $5. The Mayor has blabbered thusly...
