Some questions we will want answered.

It appears medcare pays all the costs for the clinic. The filing refers to ageements between the doctors and medcare but does not say how the doctors are compensated. The projections dont either. Did I miss something? Why would a doctor allow medcare into their clininc except for profits.

Medcares projections have changed considerable since the ones sent to me 2 years ago.Based on the coming dilution, if they achieve their projected profits (which I seriously doubt given current revenues per clinic)they would only have an EPS of less than 20c. At 20x earnings that is a share value of no more than $4 in 2 years from now. Yet we trade at $11 right now.

It looks like a lot of insiders are going to get very rich very quickly off this registration. Could it be rats deserting a sinking ship before it goes under.

I stayed away from here this week to see if anyone else would pick up on my points. With this filing it proves my earlier points.

Further DD into the company and people have given me a greater insite into Medcare. This is not the first time this management has done this with a public company. Check it out yourself. They built up a stock with another company with little to no revenues and deserted the shareholders after selling insider stock. Call the BC securities Commission and do a name search on the insiders.Look at the companys they have been involved with and then you decide if they are telling you the truth about themselves.

They ommited on their medcare profiles the name of a public company on the VSE they fleeced just before they began medcare. That alone should raise eyebrows.

Go ahead Andrew call me names. Your busted.
