Pancho, I'd like to know how much derrivative and loan exposure US & European banks have in Asia. Although some banks have already set up reserves this is only the tip of the iceberg. The powers that be realize that if the Yen goes into a free fall or the HK $ or Chinese Yuan is devalued the games over.

Asia owns a Trillion $'s in US securities and we are giving them advice on how they should get their house in order. It's like loaning your debt heavy neighbor $ 50k, losing your job and having your neighbor give you financial advice with an attitude. I'd call in my loan, buy his house at a foreclosure sale and throw him in the street.
