Hatek posts the credit date as the last day of the month but it is not necessarily calculated up to the last day of the month. For example, March 98 interest was only calculated through 3/27 as shown on the mailed statement.

This is just one more place where they make it difficult to track them. They post credit interest several days after the end of the month (thus preventing its use as buying power), date it at the end of the month, and compute it as of a date before the end of the month. I guess the more confusing they make it, the harder it is to prove their errors.

This company is really deteriorating.
