Here is one to start digging on this weekend CARE. This company is in trouble. April 15 news says it is uncertain if they can continue to operate. Then why did it open up 1/32 and close up 7/32 at the ask of 3/8. And why was the vol 180k when avg is 37k..Haven't checked history yet but maybe a BUY OUT coming....Any one have any thing..
