"A non issue".. except that he obviously isn't looking to sell it at 7 1/2 for a measly 10% profit! This augurs very well for the long term future of the stock price. When people who track insider buying see this $2.4M baby come up on their screens, it'll attract more people.
Frustrating being caught in this $6-8 hell. Up and down, up and down. When it breaks thru decisively, watch out above!
I'm not so sure as the rest of you they'll announce at Comdex. As of the 10Q date, which was submitted, what, 11/5 or so?, they had nothing definite, no agreements, no contracts. So I they couldn't have kept a secret agreement up their sleeve just waiting to drop it on 11/17 when they arranged to speak at Comdex, since there was no contract at that time. Now...if they get one in the interim, maybe they'll pull a slick one and announce, but how can you put a news release over PR or BW on a Sunday evening? Maybe do it on Friday afternoon before if there is one? I'd think they can't announce anything unless it was done on news wires first during M-F. Anyone know the rules better than my guesses?
