The 144 filed on ABMI are so small to be laughable. I have a membership at the Insider Trader site as well as a great deal of knowledge about the company itself. A form 4 has to be filed before any shares can actually be sold by those who hold a such significant amount of any company's shares that a 144 has to be filed. Anyway we are talking about less than 40,000 shares filed in 144's since January. Who cares? I mean with so few shares we are talking about something that cannot possibly have any negative effect on the stock if these shares are actually sold into million share trading days! GO ABMI!
