When are you, Jeff, and Jill planning to shift your operations to Seattle?

BTW: I agree that the productivity improvement can easily pay for the cost of having a nice office. Unfortunately, it's too nebulous to measure in many cases. More important in my view (even though I work in a cubicle) is the ability to communicate ideas freely with colleagues and to truly like what you do.
