Jeff, you have a good point, but I think you have to remember the human element too...people (including insiders) buy and sell for different reasons. Unless you see massive insider selling, I wouldn't sweat it. For all we know, whoever sold could have sold to build a home or pay for education, or pay their bills or whatever, especially in this small amount. The wise investor will always buy or sell a stock based on their own individual needs and goals, combined with their own DD and confidence in the stock. Just my opinion :-) Binder
