Good call Alan! Now if we continue to see an increase in the volume of shares or about the same number over the next couple of days or weeks without much movement in the price; most likely the company is issuing more shares. Which could be very possible, but also very positive at this stage.
1. GLCP anticipates the FCC ruling and the contracts to happen but from my DD they don't have that much money in the bank. GLCP is going to have to have the initial inventory to fulfill those contracts and the majority of those contracts surround a lot of red tape before any money exchanges hands. Financing is an option, but I'm sure they pursued that route and found out in the long term, adding additional shares at these levels would be a better option and more positive for everyone involved for the long haul, including shareholders.
2. Worst case scenario, the CEO is producing smoke and mirrors and we'll see the stock tank next.
3. But due to influx of interest and a viable product; the dilution may have little or no affect on the future stock price.
