TO ANYBODY WHO CAN EXPLAIN THIS TO ME

How in the world can KTEL trade 12 million shares in one day if the
float is only 900,000. Something is not right with these figures. KTEL
made the 10 most active list for last week. HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN
to a stock with such a small float.
