RAIN...I've been asked about this one for 'earnings' and after checking it out, it looks pretty good. This stock is undervalued with the 'value' indicators pointing at a value of $25 a share. Growth going forward is PROJECTED to be 35% a year. As soon as I checked the chart on Saturday, I saw a MACD buy signal as the MACD crossed above its signal line. The chart shows increase in volume and Money Flow Index. The RSI has just reached a new 14 day high.
It's supposed to report on the 11th of May but the company should be called to confirm.

What I like about it is it's potential for growth going forward. With lots of companies overvalued or reporting soft earnings, RAIN has an optimistic outlook for next couple of quarters. Again we have a growth stock with a very good technical rank. Only problem is that I should have discovered it 1 or two weeks ago.

"Rainforest Cafe is a leader in an industry that has very favorable fundamentals, and the "Rainforest" theme seems to be a sustainable draw as its appeal spans both age groups and varying cultures. Management's concentration on providing a high quality product while refraining from over expansion is a key to the company's success," said Bossey. (from Robert M. Cohen & Co. )
