Like others, spent good bit of time on the phone this morning, still
holding, but ready to toss in at whatever price. What a nightmare!
Tom Newkirk is in charge of the case and promptly returned my call,
summarized the proceedings, and expressed considerable sympathy for
our plight. They are attempting to recover about $9 million and
assuming this happens, they will send an announcement to brokers
alerting stockholders to file a claim on their losses. Of course,
he said that such compensation is often no more than dimes on dollars.
If you sell or have sold, that will have NO bearing on being eligible
for restitution (HA, gives a new meaning(lessness) to the word).
Also, Ken Walters is NOT implicated in any way, acoording to Mr.
Newkirk. Also spoke with a securities agent in FL this morning
whose name I was given when I had been "introduced" to DIS-SEXI,
actually to discuss another co. I brought up the present SOE affairs
and he named someone that had asked him to accept 10,000 shares at
a bribe. He pointed out to the woman that this was illegal!
Wish I had spoken with him back in June.

KEEP YOUR SANITY! and BTW, whoever has mine (sanity) please
return it. My children have noticed that "I" am missing and
this whole thing really hurts.
