Gary,
As you know I have sold my last shares of BNGO. I continue to follow the company and the comments on this board out of habit and fascination with various aspects surrounding its operations. I have to admit I was very late coming to the realization that this situation might never improve and could well lead to complete bankruptcy. I see nothing but incompetence. They can't advance a feasible business plan, they can't conduct any form of competent investor or public relations, due diligence skills are highly suspect, officer salaries are completely out of line with accomplishments, discord in the company has probably not been resolved, large blocks of insider stock hang over the market, and I am probably not remembering some other potential negatives. Oh, yes. I am concerned that the accounting firm shenanigans may be a signal that something more ominous than we might imagine may be hanging out there. I honestly hope I am wrong about the worst of these suspicions for the sake of those who still hold this stock. One thing I am sure of, however, is that share holders of a company this small should not have to spend days and days trying to determine how many bingo halls the company owns. The naming of a new CEO should be a big positive for shareholders if handled right. Of course, BNGO didn't handle it right. It is all very interesting to follow, but I am glad to do so from the sidelines.
Gary
