Phil, You can protect Yourself against the effects of dilution / loss. Just look to shares authorized. The maximum shares out there can be shares authorized. If MMs and conversion holders short more than shares authorized they must buy back some shares <G>.. This is the reason some issues (EXSO) spike up a bit in the end when the debacle was almost completed... regards CROSSY
