When we analyzed Gardner's downgrade in February basically, under the same conditions, it appeared he was privey to some insider info... someone on thread also said that Solomon Smith Barney handles employee stock option business for CPQ. If this connection exists it seems highly likely that the info flows in SSB's direction easily... Doug
