<<Wouldn't it be cool if Jobs can talk Clinton into buying $2 Bil
worth of Macs for US schools and military? That'll do more good for
this country than say....a B2 bomber wouldn't you say? ;-)>>

Well, If I were Jobs, I would tell Clinton if the fed and justice
department want to file suits against Microsoft's antitrust which
possibly delays Win98 on the market in June, the federal government
should buy more Mac, which will take an example to private industries
and result in boosting Mac's pc marketshare. Particularly, in DoD,
the largest budget within all agencies, there is a lion share of
budget used for automation. If Clinton could propose buying a
significant amount of Mac in Federal Government, then he will more or
less reduce the tension between Congress/Dept. of Justice and
Microsoft/allied pc manufacturers. Personally, I think pc allied
forces have been too huge to be ignored before it's too late.
