2/12-13 was a panic selling bottom at 5 cents when a news story came out about a collapsed mine in Bolivia, that killed several miners. It went to 19 cents, 5 weeks later, so it didn't exactly stand still on that volume. Sure the insiders could be selling into the strength, but that is pure speculation. Could be bottom fishers who bought the sell-off and took profits. All we can do is wait and see.
