Thanks for posting this information.

Clearly, any push to clean up diesel particulate emissions increases the attractiveness of Turbopac.

Since the Turbopac solution also pays for itself on reduced fuel consumption, the California lawsuit may just be the nudge that's needed to break through the wall of inertia and caution.

It stands to reason that any company whose lifeblood depends on trucking will think twice before making any fundamental changes, (if it works, don't fix it). The lawsuit forces the companies to focus on the issue and come to a decision.

Perhaps our biggest concern should be whether Turbodyne can ramp up production quickly enough to meet the demand? Fortunately, Walter Ware is an experienced operations guy.
