re: PCAP

Gary,
I have the feeling that the problem of PCAP's stock price is not so much related to PCAP's share structure but more to the quality of the acquisition of IMAI. The latter was a reporting company on Nasdaq till it got delisted. However no filings (SEC) and no press release for them since then. Crazy - somewhat like a fog. Not easy to get hold of IMAI and its credentials. Last filing hinted to low working capital, however assets still outweighed liabilities. But many a thing could have happened to them since that filing the 10Q in late 1996 since there was no more current filings I could get a hold on..
