The problem is that ACMI has chosen not to be honest with its shareholders. They made a conscious decision not to reveal the reason for the sudden change in management. Having decided not to come clean with their own shareholders it creates a situation where shareholders do not have a good framework for evaluating what is going on.

They then chose to be silent about their financing. Perhaps some of the existing investors would have opted to participate in financing on terms similar to those offered to new investors. Again the company decided to treat the existing investors in a disadvantageous way.

Now we have a period of silence.

So it is not surprising that some investors are nervous. Actions that were to the detriment of existing shareholders would not come as any surprise to many existing shareholders but would instead appear to be very consistent with ACMI's corporate culture.

This is a very antagonistic relationship we have with management. We hope to profit from the actions taken by management, but we certainly don't view management as being on our side. Or at least I don't.

That is why the stock is under $1. If investors trusted management, this stock would be higher.
