We should see some great news coming from West Africa on developments in STP as well as Angola. With regards to STP, preliminary seismic data are very interesting and we may see Schlumberger (NYSE) teaming up with ERHC on further analysis and concession sale. Major oil players apparently are discussing with ERHC about these concessions, which should lead to an interesting bidding process. It also appears that Shell is talking to ERHC, which may involve a project in Angola. 10Q is due May 14th, and the numbers should be interesting.
