A belated thanks for the references..There is a brief summary comparison of fuel cell types on powerco.com...go to Technology...this company is developing a consortium involving a Russian Company, RSC Eneregia with more fuel cell experience than almost any company in the world. They use alkaline fuel cells ...and there is a reference to the tiny Canadian Company Astris Energi ASTF Nasdaq OTC..with considerable experience in Alkaline Fuel cells as well....Have been looking for another start up fuel cell Gem since I advised my son to buy Ballard at 6 and didn't take my own advice...Arni
