Redhead: Not being in this stock (yet) I have not received that letter. Do they say what do they plan to do to stay on? Are they planning a reverse split or will they release some positive news to get back to book value. I am looking at this stock since the fundamental do not look bad at all (about 1/3 book value). But looking at the chart gives me the "neelies". Any insight would be appreciated, since this one looks like a possible candidate for the "Knights of the Multihorned Table" . Zeev
