Can you let us in on what type of source you have for this. At a recent conference, Tom said they had not yet announced a strategy but implied that they would go with SCOP's call center product as it was the one that has beaten them out in competitive situations. He is not one for details so maybe the R&D group is doing things he isn't up to date on but this was what he implied last Tuesday.

Kevin, are you around? Since you are in the trenches of customer support R&D, any commentary on the technical trade-offs of this decision? You have told us about all the detailed functionality needed to win support deals, how long do you think it would take to build a product with SCOP's functionality using Siebel's architecture and Scopus engineers?
