Linda, You are correct. I wasn't thinking in my haste. As for milestones, it wouldn't be unreasonable to expect that SGP would pay Zonagen for filing the NDA. This information hasn't been disclosed. My guess is that the bulk of the milestone payment comes upon FDA approval, but that is just my guess. Tokyo
