I do have a question about CNHH, and the Southern Russian routes you have as possibilities.

Is this proposed route going to be on a "designated" or a contract route? The reason I am asking is part of my business deals in bulk shipments out of this region, and there is alot of dry bulkers sitting in that region begging for out bound loads, some sitting weeks waiting for highly discounted loads. Many are coming out empty, loading out of the the Turkey, Egypt, east med region.

This is one of the unrestricted load broker sites and as you can see from the listing, there is alot of ships sitting idle or coming out empty... either way its a loss.
