Mike, Mark has 93,625 shares of which 92,941 are exercisable stock options. But Roger Roberts owns 450k, Iacobucii owns 448k, and Passaro owns 172k, shares. (these figures include options not exercised) Poor Mark only made $250,000 in '97 not including options. Maybe he needed a boat or new house or something to keep up with his neighbors. The point is there is quite a lot of stock options held by management. These figures are from the letter to stockholders dated april '98 included in the '97 annual report.
