Hate to tell you this but QDEK has 43.4 million shares outstanding not 70 million! It has a Market Capitalization of 70 million. If you dont understand the difference between Shares Outstanding and Market Capitalization you need to get someone to explain to you. Meanwhile please do not spread misleading facts. Charles
