Jack. I read your comments. It's obvious you are disgusted with this company and the performance thus far. The only comment I have at this point is, if they don't turn that 10-K out to us within the next 14 days, I will agree with you 100 percent. A company can make excuses for only so long before it gets to be a joke. I have put my doubts on the back burner for the time being, but even I wonder what is going on. Now, the ball is in their court and all I can say is its about time they perform. With Joe V.'s background, a CPA that he says he is, I would think he would get his act in order and turn that filing out so we can see it. If he doesn't, maybe the management should replace him with someone who can! After all, I'm sure there are plenty of qualified individuals who could replace him.
