Re:Flash Floppy Adaptor I agree that Flash card floppy adaptor is a really cool idea. It will be amazing if it is able to work with every single different manufacturer's floppy drives. And, if it can work in a Sony HiFi drive (with its floppy compatibility), so much the better. A laptop computer (or any other type of computer) with a Sony HiFi drive would be able to directly take both the Flash Card floppy adaptor AND HiFi 200MB discs from a digital camera. This assumes that Sony will incorporate the HiFi drive in a Sony Mavica Camera, which is seeming more and more like a possibility. With 200MB for $10, we are finally approaching the storage level (15MB per image) where digital photography resolution can be seen as similar to 35mm film. This says nothing about the image QUALITY, which I still hold that good film is vastly superior to a CCD chip. But with the 200MB available on a Sony Mavica HiFi camera, one would be able to store 13 such hi-res 15MB images on one $10 disc. Not great, but not bad either. Iomega's $10 for a mere 40MB is pathetic. only 2 such images can be fit onto a single Vapor! disc. $10 for only 2 images? Way to go, Iomega.
