premium access, possibly to subscribers of internet access like those offered by AOL and MCI/YHOO and AT&T/?....etc.. Most likely free access to all, but ONLY through portal channel. Not unlike when you tune into NBC to watch Seinfeld. e.g.You would tune into the local NBC/MSFT START PAGE to view Seinfeld on the net, see audio/video commercials and ad banners all linked to more information and possible purchasing options....talk about impulse purchasing power!
