Mike,

Same gut feeling here re:ADRX settlement. With no posturing on
either side after the 30 day period, I would imagine some sort of
talks are going on. ADRX will want to get this thing out of the way
as they have been very agressive in opening up the pipline of drugs
recently. Their share price has nearly doubled since the orginal MDIX
claim and I think they would want to protect that.
