Old news perhaps, but? I just rec'd my annual report from SIII and along w/ it came my ballot for voting. One thing to point out was that I was disappointed to see that mgmnt had restated exercise price for the non-directors ISOs from the mid teens to 5 1/8 for most. I understand why they did what they did (to keep their good employees), I just don't like it. Will they re-adjust the price when the stock rebounds (assumption)?? Sorry for the rant, I feel better now.
