Ken: I'm not thinking in terms of a settlement. Not just yet. More likely, the gauntlet will be dropped. I've tried to get my Pfizer friend to talk since he claims to know about one of the original ADRX guys involved in their software venture. But he's been mum. Other than telling me several weeks ago that several top ADRX guys quit in the past six months over issues similar to what MDIX is claiming, and that MDIX knows who these people are, I've heard nothing new. Not even a bad rumor. They say that it's very quiet just before a tornado hits. I think ADRX is in damage assessment mode and MDIX is tired of waiting. I've heard that Yeros, like a cat, plays with his prey. That's why my gut says we'll learn more about this suit before a contract announcement.
