No, it's just the simple fact that for MERCK, SANDOZ, AHP, or etc.
it doesn't make sense for them to hold on to products that only
generate a couple of million in sales, even if they are profitable.
These products tie up factories and grow SGA-- especially when you consider
that these companies usually control several $500 million products.
However, BRADLEY's marketing expertise and technical know-how can
grow a $2 million product into a $5 million product. This substantial
growth will continue to fuel BRADLEY and provide generous growth for the firm in the
future.
