David, keep digging. If you are calling the company, try and find out if they plan to do anything to avoid delisting (and what would that be). Ask them what are they doing to replace the lost business with Duke. It is nice to see that options and warrants are under water, this could fore management to a little effort to get the price in the money again. Zeev
